The HRoot Excellence in Human Resources Management Awards is one of the most authoritative and influential annual evaluations in the human resources field in China. Now in its 19th year, the program has become a widely recognized benchmark for assessing excellence in people management and organizational capability.

In today’s rapidly evolving global business environment, outstanding companies are no longer defined solely by their ability to respond to change, but by how effectively they shape the future. According to HRoot’s evaluation framework, award-winning employers are assessed on their response to two major global trends: the deep integration of ESG values and the accelerating transformation driven by human–technology collaboration.

The evaluation highlights that ESG has evolved from an external commitment into a core strategic driver of business innovation, employer branding, and talent engagement. At the same time, emerging technologies, particularly generative AI, are reshaping organizational structures, work models, and capability requirements, creating new roles and redefining productivity.

The evaluation process spanned four months, during which thousands of submissions from more than 900 participating companies were reviewed. Ultimately, over 120 award recipients, including outstanding enterprises, elite teams, and business leaders, were selected through a comprehensive and rigorous assessment process.

KHB distinguished itself in this highly competitive field, earning recognition for its strategic approach to talent development, organizational resilience, and future-oriented people management. The company received strong recognition across multiple evaluation dimensions, including:

- ESG-driven talent strategy and governance

- Organizational resilience and innovation capability

- Digital transformation and human–machine collaboration

- Employee engagement and career development

- Employer brand influence and cultural cohesion

This recognition reflects KHB’s long-term commitment to building a sustainable, people-centered, and future-ready organization. Looking ahead, KHB will continue to invest in talent development, responsible innovation, and digital transformation, creating an environment where people and technology grow together.
